Pet Policy
"Management must pre-approve all pets before the pets are allowed in any apartment or on the property. There is amaximum of two (2) pre-approved pets per household. Aquariums greater than 5 gallons and caged animals are
accepted and will count as one (1) pet. Aquariums may not exceed 55 gallons. A deposit of $200 is required for
the first pet and $100 for the second pet, paid at the time the pet enters the unit. The only pets accepted are: Dogs,
cats, rodents, fish birds, and turtles. All pets will require proof of renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000
liability to cover any damage or injury caused by said pet. A monthly pet rent of $35 for the first pet and $15 for
the second pet applies to cats and dogs. The following breed restrictions apply for dogs: Pit Bulls and
Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios,
Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids."
