Yes. Renters insurance is required. Renters insurance must have a minimum General Liability Coverage of $100,000.00 per occurrence, list the Apartment Community as an interested party on the policy declaration page or Certificate of Insurance (COI) and name all Residents on the lease as insureds on the policy, or each Resident may obtain a policy with limits in the minimum amount listed.  Â
